What we process

Only what you choose to send through the contact form: name, email address, phone if you give it, and your message (for example the address or postcode you ask about). We do not ask for card details or identity documents.

We also record visits in aggregate, without cookies, through our own Matomo instance hosted on the controller's infrastructure. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising profiles, and does not identify you individually.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, where you asked for it, to advise on available offers: legitimate interest and your consent when you submit the form. For aggregate analytics: legitimate interest in improving the site, with no identifiable personal data.

Recipients

Enquiries are stored in a customer relationship system (CRM) self-hosted on the controller's infrastructure inside the European Union. The site is hosted with an EU server provider. We do not sell or pass your data to providers without your explicit consent; if you ask us to pass your enquiry to a provider, we will tell you before doing so.

Retention

We keep enquiries while they are relevant to helping you and, afterwards, for the period needed to meet possible legal obligations. [Specific period to be defined.]

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@telespana.es. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the competent data protection authority: in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions that significantly affect you. Any offer recommendations you see are based on published criteria, not on individual profiling.
